Creating a service and the right touchpoints to attract people on starting a child sponsorship. Since adopting a child from a distance through the classic subscription, such as web/brochure/kiosk, is not longer appealing to people as use to be, the dynamism of the mass retail channel was indicated to be one of the path that could make a change.
Our focus is on creating an engaging environment for Iper, a Leading brand of Hypermarket in Italy that are now a long term partnership of this project. The touchpoint must blend into the naturally into the existing environment so the customers will have long term engagement into variety types of donation provided by ActionAid.
