The aim of our workshop is to conduct a field research to catch insights and gaps from the current customer experience and translate everything is suggestions on communication for the
private label Consilia in the stores owned by SUN Consortium.

 

Our focus is on engaging customers to reset the meaning of quality. by create a meaningful connection between customers and Consilia products that will reduce the ‘gap’ we have identified throughout all levels of the Consilia experience relating to ‘quality’.
