A human-centered, iterative and hands-on exploration of conversation-based services for (type II) diabetes management, delivering a compelling and nicely crafted concept for a service focused on management improvements.

There’re a numbers of research indicating that this group of professionals has a 50% higher predisposition to get type-II diabetes than an average population.
