A human-centered, iterative and hands-on exploration of conversation-based services for (type II) diabetes management, delivering a compelling and nicely crafted concept for a service focused on management improvements.
D -Partner is a mobile-based service provider focusing on the people within the logistic industries such as truck drivers, who have to spend most of the working hours on the road with bad dietary and lack of exercise. There’re a numbers of research indicating that this group of professionals has a 50% higher predisposition to get type-II diabetes than an average population.
